Paul is an experienced personal injury lawyer who has been in practice for more than 20 years.
He has acted for both injured Plaintiffs and Defendant Insurers in all Victorian jurisdictions from the Magistrates’ Court to the High Court.
Paul has a determination to achieve the best result for his clients as quickly as possible. He is a clear and concise communicator and from his broad experience on both sides of the fence is able to develop the best strategy for the earliest resolution of each case.
Paul acts in all areas of personal injury matters and has helped many clients over the years pursue their claims in and out of court.
Paul has previously been a principal lawyer in a large national personal injury firm where he led a regional office. He has been responsible for the taking over the running of another personal injury firm that was acquired by his firm. He is experienced with advising and reassuring clients in their most difficult and stressful times.

His most memorable results for clients involve those that were difficult and hard fought, particularly for client’s whose lives have been greatly impacted by their injuries. Paul achieved the first settlement at a previous firm for a young woman who lost a foetus in a motor vehicle accident which was devastating for her and her family.
Paul has assisted many clients resolve cases that are difficult and complex and has recently had success in court with cases involving complex questions of law and fact that have been defended by the Insurers all the way to judgement.
