How long have you been with Redlich's?

I have been working at Redlich's for almost 29 years. I have worked with many great people over the years. A very rewarding experience for me working for this great firm.

What has been your most rewarding case?

There are too many to mention. I have worked on many cases over the years and have achieved great success for many clients to obtain the compensation they deserve. The numerous successful results give me great motivation and satisfaction.

What is your favourite memory about working with the Redlich's team?

I am working with the best possible team. The Redlich's team is like a second family to me.

Who is your hero/role model?

My parents – Pillars of strength.

Favourite sports team?

Hawthorn.

Number one holiday destination?

I hope to one day go to New Zealand and Japan.

What is something most people don't know about you?

I am a grandmother.

Favourite cuisine?

Mediterranean and Japanese.

What motivates you to work hard?

I am passionate about achieving the best result for the clients and I get great satisfaction in assisting to obtain the compensation they deserve. This motivates me to keep working hard and achieving great outcomes for clients.

What advice would you give to an aspiring lawyer?

• do good work and stay true to who you are
• build good communication skills, ask questions, master practical legal skills, manage your time and record all you do.
