Kaif is a Lawyer at Redlich's Work Injury Lawyers, assisting in WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability.

Kaif completed a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Criminology at LaTrobe University in 2022 and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at College of Law in 2023.

Whilst studying her Law degree, Kaif worked at another plaintiff personal injury firm as a paralegal working exclusively in the WorkCover team assisting with the impairment benefits claims.

Kaif’s interest in personal injury stems from having witnessed first-hand the barriers members of ethnic communities face on the daily due to lack of awareness and financial constraints. Through her legal journey she aims to bridge the gap and empower those in need by providing a voice for others and securing them the justice they deserve. 

Outside of work, Kaif is an active member of the Pakistani community, a youth advocate and a spoken word artist.
