AEU – Australian Education Union
We are very proud of our longstanding relationship with the AEU and have been assisting injured teachers for more than 50 years.
Many of these cases involve helping teachers who are suffering from both physical injuries and severe mental health conditions from events at work.
These cases are legally complex, but we consistently work hard to achieve satisfying results for AEU members across Victoria
HWU – Health Workers Union
We are very proud of our longstanding relationship with the HWU/HSU and for many years have provided expert personal injuries advice and representation to healthcare workers.
Justice Connect and Women’s Legal Service Victoria
As part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to pro bono work, our solicitors are often involved in pro bono cases that the firm takes on in the interests of social justice. These cases are often referred to us by Justice Connect.
Members of our team regularly volunteer their legal services to assist victims of domestic violence at the Melbourne Magistrates Court and work with lawyers from the Victorian Women’s Legal Service.

Reconciliation Australia
Since the firm’s establishment, social justice and contributing to the community have been central to who we are.
Our commitment to social justice has included our support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples to enforce their legal rights through the courts, including our support of the Mabo proceedings and representing members of the Stolen Generations.
We have also acknowledge our role as part of the business community to support reconciliation through our alliance with Marrawah Law, an Indigenous-owned law firm.
We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land and recognise their continuing connection to Country, practices, knowledge systems and communities. We also pay my respects to their Elders, past and present, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who may be here today.
Partnerships
We are proud to partner with key organisations, facilitating legal advice and support for all community members.
